Store Policies


Payment & Methods:

Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders after auctions closed and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days unless other arrangement has been made with us. Please ensure that you include the correct Trademe auction number or OMINS code on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end due to bank clearance time.

Combine Shipping

We are happy to combine shipping, please email us the auction number you have won or ask question in our listing, our customer service will respond to you as soon as possible.

GST Invoice:

We are a GST registered company, and we can provide GST invoice as required.

Privacy Act:

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied to Kiwieshop is considered private and confidential.

Customer Services:

Emails, questions and queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 11am – 4.30pm.If you do not receive a response within 2 working days please check your junk box, spam and popup filters before contacting us.

Warranty

  1. Please inspect goods within 48 hours of receipts to make sure product is not faulty or incomplete. Kiwieshop reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
  2. Please contact Kiwieshop as soon as possible if you find product is faulty or incomplete after unpacking to determine whether they should be returned.
  3. If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then Kiwieshop automatically provides a 30day Return to Base Warranty. Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period.
  4. Kiwieshop will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected', Please choose your purchase carefully.
  5. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
  6. Warranty does not cover:
    • Product is damaged by using it in a way it was not meant to be used.
    • Neglect and careless operation or storage.
    • Unauthorised dismantles and repairs.
