Completing Your Purchase:
Please contact with us within 3 days of winning the auction - payment must be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank deposit / transfer, credit card, cheque, or cash on pick up. We also offer lay-by. Please ask us before you purchase if you want to use our lay-by payment options. All prices include GST.
Orders paid by direct credit will be shipped once we have received confirmation of your payment. Payments normally take around 24 hours to reach our bank account. Please ensure that you use the auction number as a reference when paying by direct credit. Please make payments to our bank account:

Credit Card Payment
Please phone us on 0800 2 B kiwi (0800 22 54 94) to arrange credit card payment - we accept VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card number is never stored, and your privacy and security are guaranteed.
We use Mainstream for larger items and NZ post for smaller items. Items shipped with Mainstream require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you include a contact phone number with your delivery address. Orders confirmed and paid before 10am will usually be dispatched the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 10am will normally be dispatched the next business day. North Island orders are normally received within two business days after payment is confirmed. South Island deliveries require up to four working days, or up to five days for rural addresses.
The option to pick up is available for some items - please enquire by email if you want to pick up.
Damages or Loss in Transit
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the relevant carrier:
1. Prior to acknowledging delivery, the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier's note has been received. Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging the carrier's note must be endorsed accordingly at the time the goods are delivered.
2. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit, but we will intercede on the buyer's behalf in negotiating compensation. Please notify us immediately of any claim.
If you wish to have an order delivered to an address outside of New Zealand please contact us and we will arrange a shipping quote.
Return of Goods
Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of receiving the goods, and the original invoice number or auction number must be quoted. Where goods are accepted (either for replacement or refund at our discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer's expense to our depot in original condition and packaging. Where goods are returned in damaged or substandard condition additional fees maybe charged. Returns for orders paid by credit card will be credited electronically back to your credit card account. Returns for orders paid by direct credit will be credited electronically to your bank account.
Unless otherwise stated in the auction, all goods come with a warranty of 12 (twelve) months against defective parts and workmanship. Goods which are proven to be defective within the stated warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge when the goods are returned to us. Unless otherwise stated in the warranty terms on a particular auction, goods must be delivered to Kiwi Living at the buyer's expense. Repaired or replacement goods will be returned to the buyer at Kiwi Living's expense. The warranty is not applicable to claims of damage caused by improper or careless use. All warranty claims must be accompanied either by a valid Kiwi Living invoice, or auction number where no warranty is issued.
