Contact details will be sent through Trade Me when you successfully win one of our auctions, for all other enquiries please contact us through the auction’s question and answer sections.  

Please note that contact details cannot be posted on Trade Me auctions.


About the Store

We are Trade Me based online store which offers wide range of mobile accessories and devices at competitive prices.  We endeavour to answer all enquiries as soon as we can, and work hard to ensure that you have a pleasant and simple online shopping experience.


Store Policies

 

Payment 

Payment Instruction will be automatically sent to your Trade Me registered email address once you have won the auction. We ask that payment to be made in full within 3 working days unless other arrangement has been made with us, otherwise item(s) will be re-listed without further notice. 

Internet Banking/Bank Deposit

Please ensure to put correct Trade Me auction number as the reference of your deposit. Failure to supply this information may result in shipping delays.  

Please note that payment made via internet banking may take up to 3 working days to process unless you are using ASB bank. Payments made over the weekends/public holidays may take longer for your payment to appear.

We will ship the item once your payment is cleared.

Pay Now (Trade Me credit card payment)

Payment can be also made using Trade Me Pay Now option. This is the fastest way for your payment to be cleared, and we can dispatch the item(s) as soon as possible.

 

GST Receipt

All prices listed are GST inclusive. GST receipts are available upon request. 

 

Delivery

We will dispatch the item(s) on the same day or next business day (Monday – Friday) once your payment is cleared. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Delays may occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends.

If loss and damages were caused during shipping process, please either contact Courier company or send us an email immediately.  

Courier will not deliver the item(s) on weekends and public holidays. If you require Saturday delivery, there will be an additional charge required by Courier. Please discuss with us in advance.

Rural Delivery

Courier may take additional days for delivery. Please allow a couple of working days for your item(s) to be delivered.

Delivery Address

Please ensure to select the correct shipping option and provide us the correct delivery address via Trade Me. We will not be responsible for any delays/loss due to an incorrect/incomplete delivery address being provided.

 

Colour Option

Some products are available in more than one colour.

Please ensure to specify the Colour preference if there is more than one colours available in the auction. Failure to supply this information may result in shipping delays.

 

Warranty

We provide 30 days Return to Base Warranty unless specified in the auction.

We will replace/exchange where possible and refunds will only be made where a replacement is not available. Contact must be made with us by email prior to returning the item under warranty.

We check quality of items before dispatching. However please let us know by email within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) if you found any damages or factory faults. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damages/faults.

Refund will not be provided if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision/selection, so please choose carefully. 

All original postages are non-refundable.

Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer, and does not cover normal tear and wear, misuse and abuse.

 

Return/Exchange

All items must be unused and in resalable condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of damaged/faulty item(s) under the warranty.  

All original postages are non-refundable.

Any returning items have to be in original condition and packaging/box. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) is not in its original condition and packaging/box.
