Please bring a copy of your invoice. Warranty Policy:Warranty periods are listed at the bottom of every auction. Extended warranties are available on all laptops, please contact us. To arrange a return of an item under warranty, please contact us to arrange an RMA (Returns Merchant Authorisation). Any returns sent to us without an arranged RMA number will be rejected. We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA). The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail within 48hrs of having received their item. Please specify the item title and invoice number. We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame. Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty items under warranty unless found to be DOA as above. We do not accept any item return by COD. The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. This policy complies with the CGA. All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer. Warranty valid in New Zealand only. We adhere to CGA & FTA as well as all of Trade Me's Terms and Conditions. Warranty does not cover: Physical Damage Normal wear & tear Damage from using goods for a purpose for which they were not designed. Damage from neglect or careless storage Damage from having unauthorised repairs carried out. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for items incorrectly purchased. If you wish to return an unwanted product we will charge a $10-$30 restocking fee and provide a store credit. Original shipping fee is not refundable. If a product is purchased due to an incorrect listing, or misinformation supplied on our part, we will do our best to provide you with the correct item, and process a refund if this not an option. |
