PAYMENT
Contact must be made within 3 days of auction with full payment to be made within 5 days of auction closing and prior to the goods being released.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
| Direct Credit: | It will be necessary to show the Trade Me reference and your name. |
| Cash/Cheque: | Cheques will be accepted by post and cash/cheques are acceptable when picking up and/or if we deliver in the Canterbury area. Cheques arriving in the post will require 3 days clearance before goods are shipped. |
| GST Invoices: | We do supply GST Invoices with every sale – these will be issued including transport costs if relevant and the bank account details. |
SHIPPING:
We use Opzeeland Transport for larger items and either a Courier or NZ Post depending on the customers requirements. If the customer has a transport company they wish to use we would deliver the goods to that depot in Christchurch. Pick-ups are available from our business in Christchurch. Freight charges are dependent on the size and weight of the item and destination. We often recommend that the item is taken to a depot and the purchaser is able to pick up from there. This would help keep the cost down.
RETURNS POLICY:
If the item you have purchased proves not to be suitable for your requirements we will refund the full amount as long as the product has not been used, is in its original state, the product is still in merchandisable condition and has not been used contrary to the instructions given in the operators manual.
COMPANY POLICY:
It is always our aim to resolve as quickly as possible any problems which may arise.
PRIVACY:
It is our company policy not to pass on any customer details to a third party without the express consent of the customer. We may however use your email to keep in touch with you with any product updates and advice about machinery usage and maintenance.
