About the Store

Welcome to NZ's original mag warehouse.

Established in 2002 by Nathan Joll, MAGWAREHOUSE is a real Kiwi business built up and established using good old fashioned family values bringing you the bargains we hunt down. Specialising in wheels, tyres and spring lowering kits, shocks, Hi Performance brakes.

After you have had a Virtual Showroom experience and chosen the wheels which best suit your car, catch a movie in our mini theatre while you wait for your wheels to be fitted.

With hundreds wheels on display, we believe we have NZ's largest range on offer.

We not only have our wheels on display but we also stock hundreds of wheels so there is no waiting around after you have made your choice.

INSTALLATIONS
We have a full installation team onsite so if you want anything installed feel free to ask. If ordering for wheels to be delivered they will arrive ready to bolt onto your car or truck.

Store Policies

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All purchases require Auction number and name for our reference. We have no way of knowing who has paid for an item as many of our products are priced the same. It will slow down how quickly you will receive your Trade item if we do not have the correct information.

We take the following forms of payment:
  • Direct credit to our Bank Account.
  • Credit Card, EFTPOS.
  • We also accept Q Card, Farmers card, you will need to be present in our stores to complete this transaction.
  • FINANCE AVAILABLE TAP - Must be arranged prior to purchase.
If you buy now or have an Auction finishing on Sunday or a public holiday, we will contact you on the next working day.

SHIPPING
We use Advanced Freight for all shipping. We aim to get the goods out of the store 24 hours after we have received payment.

Pick up is more than welcome.

During public holidays and Sundays, nothing will be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day.

RETURN POLICY
Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if your:
  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective
  • You notify us within 7 days
  • If your item is unable to be replaced we will offer you a refund
  • We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason. If it is a warranty issue we will refund the freight charges once we receive the goods back.

PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy is very important to us; we will never pass your personal information on to any third party. You can by with confidence from us.

TRADEME FEEDBACK
We will place feedback once the goods have left our building and it would be appreciated if you could return the favour once you have received the goods.
