Completing Your Purchase:
Please contact with us within 3 days of winning the auction - payment must be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
We accept BANK DEPOSIT / TRANSFER, CHEQUE, OR CASH ON PICK UP. We also offer FINANCE, and LAYBY. Please ask us before you purchase if you want to use our layby payment options. All prices include GST.

Orders will be shipped once your cheque has cleared - this normally takes 5 business days.
We use Mainfreight for larger items and Fastway courier for smaller items. Items shipped with Mainfreight require a signature upon delivery. If the product is damaged, please do not sign the document otherwise we can not replace the new product. Please ensure that you include a contact phone number with your delivery address.

Return of Goods
We will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) in the unlikely event of defective or damaged goods. No refund will be offered if you simply "change your mind" or an item was "not what you expected it to be".
Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind unless specifically stated on the auction. Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of receiving the goods and the original invoice number must be quoted. Where goods are accepted (either for replacement or refund at our discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer's expense to our depot in original condition and packaging. Where goods are returned in damaged or substandard condition additional fees maybe charged.
