Welcome to MikeFish Trading, the online division of Mikes Fishing Store. We are dedicated to providing outdoor sports goods at unbeatable prices, so Kiwis can get out into the great outdoors and enjoy themselves as much as we do. We provide items for Camping, Hunting, Fishing and Tramping sourced both from New Zealand suppliers and overseas. The MikeFish team is made up of… Mike who manages product sourcing and Trademe listings. Vanessa who manages the picking and dispatch with help from Frances. Jennifer who handles invoicing and accounts. and Dave, Johno, Ryton and Aaron who handle the shop floor. |

Hours of Operation: Our Store located at 161 C Yaldhurst Road is open for pickups from 11 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, we are not open Weekends or Public Holidays. Tax/GST Invoices: We are GST registered. GST Invoices are provided on all sales. Guarantee Policy: 7 – Day Return We understand that when you buy online you are buying site unseen, so we offer a complete 7 day money back guarantee on anything purchased from us through Trademe. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will give a full refund of purchase price and shipping paid as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Faulty Goods. All of our products are brand new and most are covered by 12 month materials and workmanship guarantees by our suppliers / manufacturers. Should any product be faulty for any reason we will replace or refund at your request (provided we have something to replace the item with), and again we will even pay the return shipping both ways. NO COST TO YOU. Clothing / Footwear Change of Size If you buy clothing or footwear and it doesn’t fit we will exchange it with a different size (if we have it available) if not we will give a full refund again including return shipping, so NO COST TO YOU. Auctions Listed as available in one size only can only be refunded. Shipping: We use Fastway Couriers for all parcels. We can not deliver to PO Boxes nor do we offer standard Post. We DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR RURAL deliveries. We can not guarantee overnight or Saturday deliveries, but if you need something quickly please ring and let the dispatch team know. On dispatch of your parcel our system will send you an automated email with tracking details etc… Fastways Delivery Window is generally 2 – 3 working days from when we dispatch, for rural deliveries you should allow 5 working days. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within this time frame pleased contact us immediately as it is much easier to find lost / missing parcels within a few days of sending them out than several weeks later. Combined Shipping… We offer combined shipping on multiple auction wins, pay full shipping on your first auction then each additional auction item is just $1. Australia. We do ship to Australia on request, please ask for prices. We also have a PayPal Account to accept payments from Australia. Payment Options We prefer payment by Paynow but we can also accept cash, all major credit cards and eftpos if you are collecting. Full details for making online or phone banking payments into our account are provided in the email sent out after each auction closes. Auction Process We use Tradar an automated system to handle our Trademe Auctions; it goes through the following steps… Auction Close At close of auction you will be sent an automated email with instructions on how to make payment via either Paynow or Direct into our bank account. If you don’t receive this email please check in your spam / junk folder. Address Received When we receive an address our system will email you a confirmation to make sure we have the address correct, if we don’t please contact us asap. Payment Received When we receive your payment our system will send an email notifying you that the payment has been received (this can take up to 72 hours after you actually make the payment depending on which bank you are with, especially over weekends) if you make a payment and haven’t received an email saying we have received it within 72 hours please contact us asap. Goods Dispatched Once we have your address and payment we will package the auction and dispatch it, when the courier ticket is scanned our system sends out an email with tracking details etc. and it will then place feedback on the auction. You should receive your package shortly afterward, inside the sticky envelope on the outside of the package will be a picking slip and GST invoice listing the contents, please check them off against what’s in the package to make sure we have sent you the correct stuff, if in doubt or what you receive is not what you were expecting give us a ring on the toll free number and one of the staff will sort it out Final Word: Our aim is to make buying from us on Trademe as safe and as easy as possible, we are not out to rip any one off, our 15,000 + feedback from happy buyers speaks for itself in terms of our customer service. While we make every effort to keep auction descriptions accurate, and use suitable photos / images when dealing with several hundred listings every day mistakes do get made, (usually when a supplier changes item details without telling us) if you spot an obvious error in an auction listing, or you receive an item and feel the description was inaccurate please let us know so we can change the listing template. Also mistakes get made in the shipping department from time to time, so if you receive the wrong item, or wrong size , color etc then please contact us to get it sorted out at no cost to you, we don’t charge for return shipping. |
