Payment:
Contact must be made within 3 days of auction closure and payment must be made in full within 5 days of auction closure unless arrangement has been made with management prior to the auction closing.
Payment Options:
| Direct Credit/Internet Payment: | Please ensure auction number and your name is used as a reference. |
| Visa/Credit Cards: | Please use the ‘Pay Now’ system provided with the auction. We do not accept credit card payments over the telephone. |
| EFTPOS/Cash: | Eftpos is available when the goods are picked up from our store. |
| Cheques: | We accept cheques when the goods are picked up from our store and if you wish to post payment to us. Please be aware that when posting cheques, it takes a few days to clear. |
GST Invoices:
We are GST registered and issue a GST invoice with each sale. Please retain your invoice for warranty purposes.
Shipping:
For items up to 20Kg, we use courier service with delivery to your door. Please note that if your address is a Rural Delivery, it can often take an extra 2 – 3 days to reach you. For larger items we mainly use PBT Transport.
Please remember that truck transport like PBT can take a day or so longer than courier service and cannot deliver to a Rural address.
Pick ups are welcome from our store in New Plymouth Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Returns Policy:
If the items received is not as stated in the advertised description we will gladly refund the payment in full providing the goods have not been used and are returned in an unused state within 7 days.
No refunds are accepted if the item has been used. We will repair or replace any item that has failed due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind.
We are understanding and our goal is to offer 100% satisfaction, we will do our utmost to provide a fair solution.

Your details will not be passed on to any third parties under any circumstances.
