Store Policies

Payments

We ask for payment within 3 working days after auction finishes.

The following are accepted:

  • Pay Now
  • Internet Banking
  • Cash
  • EFTPOS

Please note that we do not accept Cheque and credit card (other than through Pay Now).

Internet Banking- Please use auction number as the reference.

All prices are GST inclusive. GST invoices are available upon request for all purchases.

Layby:

Yes, you are welcome to lay-by. A 20% non refundable deposit of the total price is required.

Customers must pay in full within 4 weeks from the date of the auction closing.

If you change your mind or give up the order, the 20% deposit is not refundable.

Shipping:

We use FASTWAY LTD for all our deliveries nationwide. We Cannot Delivery to PO BOX, for residential address only.

Approx delivery times are up to 1-2 working days for North Island, 2-4 working days for South Island. Rural deliveries could be slightly longer.

Please ensure you include a contact phone number with your delivery address instructions.

Damage

If your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will advise you of your con-note number and how to claim on the freight company directly.

If there is visible damage when you receive the goods, please note this on the delivery docket it will assist you in the event of a claim.

We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit.

Warranty Policy:

  1. The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to T & G LTD by email within 48 hours of receiving the item. T & G LTD reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.

  2. The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty product to T & G LTD.

  3. Contact must be made directly with T & G LTD for approval prior to returning.

  4. T & G LTD reserves the right to repair the faulty product, replace or offer refund at T & G LTD’s discretion.

  5. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.

  6. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.

  7. Warranty is valid for private use only.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage or misuse
  • Damage from neglect or careless storage
  • Unauthorised repairs carried out

Replacement Policy:

  1. The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to T & G LTD by email within 24 hours of receiving the item.
    T & G LTD reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.

  2. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damage.

  3. The buyer is liable for the return costs of faults/damaged products under the warranty.

  4. T & G LTD is liable for sending the replacement item back to the buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

  5. Products must be returned with all accessories including original packaging materials, cartons and boxes.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be offered on items that cannot be repaired or at T & G LTD's discretion.

Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind, or if the item is "not what you expected".

Original shipping / postage charges are non-refundable.
