We deliver straight to your door at the most competitive postage rates, or you can save even more and pick up personally at our Dunedin warehouse. Open for Pick-ups: Monday to Friday 10am-5pm, just bring in your reference number, there is no need to arrange a pick up time. We currently offer the following payment methods: Bank Deposit, Pay Now, or otherwise Cash only. Presently we do not offer a Credit Card, Cheque or EFTPOS option. Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays. To alleviate any questions or queries, our team at Moderndeal Ltd. stays online most hours of the day even afterhours and we make every effort to reply as quickly as possible. At Moderndeal Ltd we make every effort to respond quickly and thoroughly to every inquiry, our team strives to have the quickest turn around for e-mail as possible. Please note that some e-mail accounts will automatically redirect e-mail from TradeMe affiliates to spam, please check there if no reply within 48 hours. During busy periods, please allow for longer reply times. |

POSTAGE We make every effort to get the product to your door as swiftly as possible and will send the item(s) out as soon as the payment has been confirmed. Delays can occur during peak times, dependent on Courier Post or PBT. Deliveries do not require a signature on arrival, if you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then a card will be left detailing where the item can be collected from. If a signature is required on pick up, let us know and we will organise it for no additional charge. We are also happy to combine shipping, please email us with the auction numbers that you have won and we will let you know the combined shipping price. Please choose carefully when shopping as we are not able to refund unless the item is genuinely faulty. Please read the listing descriptions carefully and ask any questions before placing a bid or making a purchase. PAYMENT Payment instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing or Buy Now and we ask for the payment to be made in full. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number and your name or TradeMe username on all deposits to avoid confusions and delays in posting. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end if you do not deposit via BNZ. WARRANTY The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 36hrs of receiving the item. Moderndeal Ltd. reserves the right to decline courier claims that are made after this time frame. Contact must be made directly with Moderndeal Ltd. for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the buyer. Moderndeal Ltd. will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected”, please read descriptions and choose your purchases carefully. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials to prevent damage to product when returning. If a replacement is needed, Moderndeal Ltd. will be liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense. Moderndeal Ltd. adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions Warranty does not cover: a. Bonus accessory items such as batteries. b. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. c. Neglect and careless storage. d.
