About the Store
Who we are: We are a family run business and are so excited about taking over the management of Mybaby Products. We have two beautiful girls aged 2 years and 4 years, being parents ourselves means we understand the needs of other parents, and can supply the quality that NZ parents expect.
What you'll find: We have a wide range of products here from modern cloth nappies, right through to feeding necessities. New product lines are being researched all of the time, so keep an eye out for some great deals!
It’s our goal to make sure your shopping experience is a joy, not a chore! So to ensure this, we offer you the following:
We ask that you make contact with us within 3 days after the auction, and make your payment within 5 business days after the auction, unless otherwise agreed prior to the close of the auction. (You can ask us through the question and answer facility)
When you make payment please use both the auction number as the reference. If the reference is incorrect or missing, it will cause delays to the transaction since we don’t know who made the payment.
There is a minimum spend requirement of $200.00 A 20% deposit of the total price is required within 5 working days. Then, we ask you to make regular weekly payments over 2, 4 or 6 weeks depending on the total spend. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as we receive your final payment.
Price / Invoice:
All prices are GST inclusive and GST invoices are automatically sent.
We will make every effort to ensure goods are sent on the same day your payment is received. If however, circumstances prevent that, we will let you know what the delay is, and when your goods will be sent.
We use a reliable courier company for delivery, and the package will be covered by insurance if it is lost or damaged.
If you do not receive your purchase within the scheduled delivery time, please let us know, so we can contact the courier company to get detailed information about the delivery status.
We stand behind the products we sell, so if you have any problems with one of our products please email us and let us know. We’ll work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction be that though repair, replacement or refund.
We respect your privacy, and confidentiality. Personal details you provide are treated with the utmost respect. We are aware of our obligations for the trust you place in us, and your details will never be provided to a third party.
We encourage active feedback within the Trade Me community. We will place feedback on all completed auctions as your package is dispatched. If you have ANY problems at all please contact us first before placing any feedback so we can resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
