We are a store selling new and used furniture and appliances, we are also specialized in custom made cabinets for storage and kitchens. |
Store Policies
DELIVERY
PICK UP We allow pick up on all of our sales during our business hours:
We are generally closed on Public Holidays so please contact us before coming over. PAYMENT For pickups- We accept cash and bank transfer. Eftpos is available in store for your convenience. For delivery- You can make payment by depositing into our bank account. Please include the auction number as reference so taht we can track the payment correctly.
SERVICES We also provide the following services
DESPATCH If we are delivering your furniture we will contact you to organize a suitable time before delivering. Please allow time for the banks to process your payment. WARRANTY We offer a one year warranty for our new furniture and 6 months warranty for our used appliances in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act. This does not apply to misuse or damage caused by the purchaser or to products listed with a defect and noted as such on the listing. Any claim is on the basis of return to base We do not refund courier/delivery fees also. |
