Payment must be received within 7 days, commencing on the closure of auction. Payment options include
Delivery: We will ship the goods as soon as the payment comes through. We use NZ-POST for the small parcels , and tranzlink for the heavier goods .payment must be made to us to cover such costs. And we will quote each auction . Refund Policy: We will replace or exchange if the Item is damaged or is incorrectly described in the auction listing. If you receive defective or damaged goods , please contact us via-email stating what the problem is , we will contact you with in 2 working days with the procedure to resolve the problem. Please ask question before bidding, goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition accompanied by the original invoice. All courier changes are non- refundable.
