Completing Your Purchase

You must make contact with us within 2 days of winning an auction and payment must be received within 3 working days.

Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped using Track and Trace and will normally require a signature upon delivery. Orders confirmed and paid before 1pm will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 1pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow an extra 1 - 3 business days for delivery to rural addresses. Although we will endeavour to meet all dispatch & delivery time frames we cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from a late delivery. For deliveries deemed as “Extra Rural” additional charges may apply. Door to door delivery requires easy access (additional charges may apply.)

PLEASE NOTE: All Rural Deliveries must be within 10km of the nearest township otherwise a separate quote is required. Please use the contact details above to request a quote.

If a customer is not present for a delivery, the relevant carrier may leave the goods at the delivery address at the owners risk. If a customer refuses to accept a delivery of their goods they may be charged for additional expenses incurred including (but not limited to) transport charges, storage.

Dispatch Warehouses

Items will be freighted from either our Auckland warehouse or our Christchurch head office warehouse depending on stock availability. Freight rates will remain the same as listed on TradeMe for each item regardless of the dispatch location.

Damages or Loss in Transit

Goods leaving the seller’s premises are adequately packed. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the respective carrier as follows:
1. Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier's note has been received. Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging the carrier's note must be endorsed accordingly at the time the goods are delivered.

2. No liability for goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted by the seller however details of any claim should be advised to the seller.

Public Holidays

Orders made on a New Zealand public holiday will normally be processed on the next business day.

Return of Goods

Goods can only be returned with the express written approval of the seller. Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. Where goods are accepted for exchange or issue of a credit note (at the complete discretion of the seller) they must be delivered to the seller’s original dispatch warehouse in as new condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories and manuals complete and intact and accompanied by the original sales invoice. (The customer must pay for all shipping costs).

If you are requesting to exchange or return an item for a credit note please email us. Clearly state the following information: Invoice number, date of purchase, reason for requesting the exchange or return. You will be contacted within 2-3 working days and notified of the procedure to follow.

10 Day Money Back Guarantee

This policy only applies to TradeMe auctions where “10 Day Money Back Guarantee” is specifically stated in writing.

If you are requesting to return an item under the 10 Day Money Back Guarantee policy please email us within 10 days from the date of your invoice. Clearly state the following information: Invoice number, date of purchase, reason for requesting the return. You will then be contacted within 2-3 working days and notified of the procedure to follow.

PLEASE NOTE: For an item to be accepted under the "10 Day Money Back Guarantee" policy must be returned in AS NEW CONDITION WITH ALL INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PACKAGING, ACCESSORIES AND MANUALS COMPLETE AND INTACT and accompanied by the original sales invoice. We will either exchange, issue a credit note or refund the item (less any shipping costs). Refunds for orders paid by credit card will be credited electronically back to your credit card account. Refunds for orders paid by direct credit will be credited electronically back to your bank account.

Any item returned under the 10 Day Money Back Guarantee policy must be returned to the warehouse it was dispatched from unless instructed otherwise by the seller.

Warranty

All goods come with a one (1) year warranty against defective parts and workmanship unless otherwise stated on the relevant auction.

If you have a defective or damaged item please contact us immediately via email us. Clearly state what the problem is and include the following information: Invoice number, date of purchase, description of item, best daytime contact number and if possible a photograph of the fault or damage.

Any item that is found to be faulty within the stated warranty period will be repaired or exchanged. We will meet our full obligations to provide a remedy as stated under the Consumer Guarantees Act, except where a customer is a trade or business,(as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) in which case they are specifically excluded.

The warranty is strictly “Return to Base”. Goods must be returned to the seller at the customers expense. Repaired or replaced goods will be returned to the customer at the sellers expense. Customers living in the Auckland Metro area can drop off their faulty goods at the Auckland Warehouse/Service Centre as instructed by the seller. Buyers from all other regions will be advised accordingly.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover faults caused by lack of maintenance, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Unless otherwise stated the warranty applies to use in a “normal” domestic home environment only. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original invoice.

The warranty is only provided to the original purchaser and is not transferrable to any other party.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the seller be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.

Product Descriptions and Pricing Information

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, the seller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The seller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the seller shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If the goods do not match the description on the seller's website, the buyer should inform the seller immediately so that the seller may take appropriate action. Heart rate measuring & calories are indicative only and not to be used for medical purposes. Treadmill speeds are set to the international industry standard +/-10%. Speed displayed on consoles may vary between models. The seller reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time and without prior notice.
