We are specialist Ex lease Laptop and PC wholesalers and retailers having an extensive supply of laptops and spare parts for most major brands. We source product locally as well as overseas, All laptops have their HDD's totally wiped of any data and a total fresh install is made insuring all correct drivers, service packs, updates, Anti Virus protection etc are installed. This way you are guaranteed to receive a computer that is virus free and working perfectly. Before dispatch computers are cleaned and packaged up professionally generally in our own custom made boxes to ensure minimal damage during transit. Knowledge is Priceless With working on laptops day in day out our technicians know and understand laptops far better than normal technicians, this knowledge is offered in the way of after sales support. We want to ensure that our client is fully satisfied and has a problem free purchase. We have 4 full time technicians working at NZ LAPTOPS who can solve just about any computer problem out there. Parts This is where we stand above the rest all the products we sell we generally have a good range of spare parts, from Notebook screens (one of the largest selection in NZ!) dvd's, cdrws, dvd-rw's, keyboards, memory, power supplies etc. We supply parts to many companies but more importantly we can repair your laptop way into the future, by not having to rely on another party hopefully being able to supply. |

Payments Currently the only form of payments accepted are bank transfers, Paypal, EFTPOS and Visa/Mastercard or cash, all transactions are in New Zealand dollars only. After your purchase please wait for our automatic checkout email to arrive, usually about 15 mins after the auction ends. This will allow you to make payment thru our payment portal and update your information for your invoice. Please note that some orders may not be ready for immediate pick up, they may need upgrades or preparation by a technician prior to collection. Delivery/ Pickups Clients are welcome to pick up their purchase we are located at 11 Reeves Road, Pakuranga, and pickups can be done between the hours of 8:30am – 6pm weekdays and Saturdays 10 till 2pm unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure you have completed checkout first as this will ensure your item is ready on time. G.S.T. Tax Invoices We are a registered company and will provide a G.S.T. Tax invoice for purchases made as requested. Warranties Unless otherwise stated in our listings ALL of our products sold come with a written warranty period (return to base at purchasers cost) which will vary depending on the item purchased (excluding battery or software issues on complete units). If you have an issue please contact us during business hours and we will handle the situation from there. We will cover courier costs that may be incurred in the unlikely event you receive an item and it is faulty upon receipt, however under normal warranty claims returning of the faulty item will be at your expense. We will repair replace or refund at our discretion and honour our obligations under the consumer guarantees act. Courier Deliveries Our preferred shipping courier is Courierpost (www.courierpost.co.nz) Most items arrive overnight, though south island deliveries can take a extra day or so. Please DO NOT sign for your goods until you have inspected the contents. Any goods signed for that are later found to be damaged cannot be claimed on. If your goods do arrive damaged, DO NOT sign and contact us immediately. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when goods are shipped from our premises. |
