We buy bulk (often directly importing) and ship direct to our customers around NZ, cutting out the middle man and retail overheads to keep our prices low. Buying info: For the most comprehensive and up to date info and a complete list of our auctions please visit www.nzoab.info Customer service: If you have any special requirement or specific question regarding an order or product you have purchase or please send us an email. Tax/GST Invoices: We are GST registered GST and invoices are provided on all sales. Payment: (NOTE: Pickup and Credit card may not be available on some auctions please check the ‘Payment / shipping’ details on the auctions if unsure) You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions we accept: -Bank deposit (refer to 'after auction' email for account details) -Cheque (please note we wait 3 working days for cheques to clear) -Credit card (We accept Visa and MasterCard on most auctions. If this is available you will be provided details to do this online or via phone/fax) -Pickup is available on most auctions, we are located in Paraparaumu Kapiti Coast, you will be provided with a pickup address, we accept Cash/Eftpos/Visa or Mastercard on pickup. Shipping: We generally ship small items on Courierpost and large items and freight using PBT couriers/freight, we endeavour to ship all orders the same day we receive payment. You will receive an email with the tracking details of your order on the evening of the day it was dispatched.
