About the Store

Palazzo Design was established in 2003 with the intention of bringing the cutting edge technology and design innovations of the international kitchen and wardrobe industry to New Zealand, at a time when few imported kitchen or wardrobe brands were available to New Zealand.

Since then we have been bringing the best of German manufactured kitchens and Italian wardrobes to the discerning New Zealand homeowner.

In 2010 Palazzo design added an extensive range of kitchen appliances including world famous brands from America, Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Our appliance sales team have over 35years of experience in this field, and will assist you to achieve the best results at the best prices.

Palazzo is the original European kitchen and wardrobe showroom in Christchurch and have successfully been the number one supplier in this market.


Store Policies

Contact & Payments:
An email will be sent at the end of all auctions to the winning bidder giving contact details and methods of payment. Contact and payment by the buyer is required within 3 working days from the end of the auction.

Payment can be by cash on collection, cash on local deliveries, bank direct payment or credit card payments via telephone. All Major credit Cards Excepted. Cheques only expected once cleared.

Finance is available with GE creditline or Qcard with some Auctions. Subject to normal lending criteria. PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in finance offers, then you must ask if you are eligible on an auction prior to bidding.

Deliveries:
We use Conroys for furniture and appliance deliveries. We are happy to pack and hand over to your chosen courier. All our goods are insured whilst in transit when delivery is arranged by us. If you arrange your own courier you may need to arrange cover.

Smaller items are delivered using NZ Couriers and costs will be quoted on the auction.

Collections are always welcome but please contact us to arrange, giving at least 48 hours notice. We do not accept collections during Sundays or public holidays.

Returns:
If an item is not as described we will either refund in full or work with the customer to rectify the problem.

Storage:
We have limited storage facilities. Therefore storage is provided free of charge for two weeks from the end of the auction. Any additional storing will incur a weekly charge of $25.00 per item per week.
