Welcome To PlumbMe…
PlumbMe is an online outlet store for end-of-line, slow moving and clearance bathroom and plumbing products. PlumbMe brings you some of the best brands in the industry at heavily reduced prices drawing stocks from a nationwide network of 44 Branches.

 Please Note:

• Prices Displayed are only available through our PlumbMe online store.

• The majority of products are dispatched via our Auckland Warehouse, however some    products may be dispatched direct from our Branch Network please refer to auction details for product location and pick up availability.

Customer Service:

All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm. Due to the number of emails our reply may take up to 2 working days. We aim to reply to all emails, but in the event that you have not received a response within this time frame then please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

Payment Instructions:
Payment and/or contact must be made within 3 days from winning the auction. Payment instructions will be sent within a few minutes of auction closing. Payment must be made with our PlumbMe store before any store pickups.

Credit Card (Pay Now):

Plumb Me prefers payment by Credit Card or Debit Card using Pay Now (Trade Me’s secure and encrypted payment gateway). This method of payment is quick and efficient and allows us to dispatch your goods in most cases the next working day.

Direct Deposit Into Our Bank Account:
Please note that it can takes up to 3 Working Days for your payment to appear in our bank statement. Also please include the auction number as a reference in your payment. Please allow 5 – 10 Working Days from payment for delivery when using this method of payment.

Deliveries:

Goods purchased will be sent by Couriers/Freight once the full payment (including the correct courier charge) is received. If you do not receive your parcel within 5-10 Working Days please contact us and we will track your parcel with the couriers. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work, otherwise you will be expected to chase up the courier. Track and Trace Numbers will be issued upon request.

Please Note:

Couriers DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

We will place feedback as soon as we see your payment has been received and have made sure that the payment and the details provided are correct. Sometimes we will place feedback in order to contact you if contacting you through email does not work.

Store Policies

Privacy Act:
Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied to Plumbing World trading as PlumbMe is considered private and confidential.

Warranty Conditions:

  1. If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then PlumbMe  automatically provides a 30 day Return to Base Warranty. Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period.
  2. The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 72hrs of receiving the item. PlumbMe reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
  3. Contact must be made directly with PlumbMe for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.
  4. PlumbMe will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected', Please choose your purchase carefully.
  5. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
  6. The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to PlumbMe. We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. In return PlumbMe is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  7. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
  8. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
  9. PlumbMe adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions
  10. Warranty does not cover:
    a. Bonus accessory items such as batteries and storage bags & cases.
    b. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
    c. Neglect and careless storage.
    d. Unauthorised repairs.

Return Policy:

Any Faulty and/or damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery, we will immediately refund goods upon return PlumbMe is not liable for any claims made after that time frame. So please check the product as soon as you receive it.
In case of Faulty products: When a customer uses/installs the product, they acknowledge accepting the quality they have paid for. In this way PlumbMe fulfils the conditions of the term Quality guaranteed (or guaranteed quality, or satisfaction guaranteed or your money back....etc.). Customers may not ask for a refund or exchange, unless they pay for the used product and other incurred courier charges, as manufacturing faults can happen with any brand, even the top brands in the market. In rare instances of faulty product the company has the right to claim back any faulty goods from our suppliers; therefore customers should not dispose of such faulty product without consulting PlumbMe first. Exchange of faulty product is only possible when the customer returns the faulty product.
