Trade started slow, took 13 days to receive a reply from my first e-mail. Also conditions were different from those stated, eg only 1 of each product was allowed even though Q&A said 2. And there was a list of other products that were not stated in the Auction that were not allowed to be grabbed. Gave a :) face though because its good to see Plunket getting funds to help with the services they provide. Thanks

Very happy to support this gret cause, but won on the 4th, paid on the 5th and didn't receive until today 21st. I'm sure the problem was with the supplier who donated the goods, but I guess I expect faster delivery.

3 weeks later and still don't have any idea when I will have the product. Not Plunkets fault, suppliers issue. Communication from Plunket has been faultless, checking in on the process at multiple stages, chasing up contact etc. I feel bad giving the neutral feedback to Plunket when it seems fault lies with the supplier kruizey kidz, but hopefully people read the whole comment not just the rating.
