Positive Systems Limited is 100% kiwi owned, GST registered Company.
We are a Paymark Accredited Reseller. We have undergone a Paymark accreditation programme and shown ourselves to be best in breed for supplying EFTPOS terminals to merchants.
We are Authorised Provenco Dealers giving you the peace of mind that we have the support and backup of technical expertise that a company of Provenco's size can offer.
Our policy is to keep our overheads low so we can pass the savings onto you. We maintain a high level of customer service; please refer to our feedback for examples of this. We are your 'High service, low priced Point of Sale shop'.
We carry a large range of cash registers and EFTPOS terminals; this allows us to provide our customers with the best machine for their circumstance. We understand that each of our customers is unique and we take the time to listen and answer your questions and advise you on the available options.
We have access to a massive range of paper rolls and ribbons. We specialize in bulk orders but we are also able to get those 'Hard to Find' rolls and ribbons.
Anything Point of Sale, if we have not got it in stock we can more than likely get it the next day!
We accept bank deposits, Visa/Mastercard, cash, business cheques, Pay Now and SafeTrader (if buyer pays the SafeTrader charges) and lay-bys.
Pricing & Invoicing
All prices are GST inclusive. We are a registered company and will provide a G.S.T. Tax invoice for all purchases.
You are welcome to lay-by. A 20% non refundable deposit of the total purchase price is required and payment in full is required within 4 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or choose not to complete the sale, the 20% deposit is not refundable.
All shipping/handling charges are stated in the auction details and are non-negotiable. Surcharges apply to rural areas. All items are securely packaged and well labelled. We use Post Haste Couriers for the majority of our shipping.
Please allow the following times for delivery (provided goods are ordered and paid for by 2pm):
North Island - Overnight
South Island - Two Days
Rural Delivery - Add on a day.
All our Point of Sale equipment has a warranty of one year (unless otherwise stated). If the item is faulty on arrival, we will reimburse courier costs for the return. In the event of a hardware fault during the warranty period, this must be reported to us as soon as possible and the item returned to us as soon as possible. In the case of any hardware fault that may occur during the warranty period, our policy is to repair, replace or refund and to abide by all relevant legislation under the Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Guarantees Act and the Laybys Act. We provide you with a relief machine while we get your machine mended because keeping your business running smoothly is important to us.
We can also provide extended warranties up to 36 months for an additional fee.
We offer a 7 day right of exchange for an item of equal or higher value, and on selected items, a 7 day money back guarantee. Should you wish to return the item for a refund due to buyers remorse (product works as it should, but buyer wants to return product because money is needed, etc) the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery minus 20% restocking fee. Only items returned in the same condition they were sold will be considered. Shipping costs are not refundable.
