We also carry a wide range of indoor/outdoor plastic moulded chairs, bar stools, bar leaners, cowhide furniture & wine cabinets. What brands of BBQ’s do you sell? Prime Grill, which is our own in house BBQ brand – we work very closely with our BBQ manufacturer to provide our customers the highest quality stainless steel BBQs. We offer a full range of spare parts for the Prime Grill BBQ as well as a service programme should the need arise. We also stock charcoal bbq, charcoal, hotrox briquettes, deep dish cast iron roasting dish and a number of other bbq accessories including meat thermometers and BBQ cleaning supplies. |

Customer Service Our customer service department is available and happy to answer any question or queries you have. We are also committed to working with you to resolve any issues that may arise. Payment Terms You will receive an automated email immediately following your purchase/winning auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made). Payment Options We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS, cash or direct deposit: Please contact us directly for a LAYBY payment option.
When making a payment please remember to include Auction Number as reference. Packaging & Delivery Goods will be available for pickup or dispatch once full payment has been received and cleared or payment can be made upon pickup from our Greenlane branch located at 616 Gt South Rd, (next to Wendy’s). For deliveries outside of Auckland we will use the services of Mainstream or Conroys. Buyers responsibility to pre pay delivery charged based on cost of each item. Return Policy We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please advise the customer services department immediately so we can replace/repair the item. Very occasionally a BBQ wire can become dislodged in shipping and there is an easy repair for this type of issue. Photos may be requested from buyer as proof of damage. We will not refund if you simply change your mind or item was not what you expected it to be. Please ask all questions before bidding. Warranty Please refer to the description of each specific product for warranty information. Consumer Guarantees Act We take our consumer Guarantees Act responsibilities seriously and do our best to provide services that goes above and beyond the Act’s requirements. Privacy We will not under any circumstances disclose customer information to a third party and take all reasonable steps to keep your details private and confidential.
