Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders after auctions closed and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days unless other arrangement has been made with us. Please ensure that you include the correct Trademe auction number as a reference# on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end due to bank clearance time. All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday, 11.30am – 10.30pm. We try and respond to emails as soon as possible however due to the huge volume of emails our reply may take up to 3 working days. We endeavour to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 3 working days please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.
We understand that online shopping can sometimes be hard, as it’s difficult to know how clothes are going to fit without trying them on. So, if for any reason you’re not happy with any items you order exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer (of equal or lesser value). We will reply all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 24 hours then please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters. Payment required no later than 5 working days following close of auction unless agreed by prior arrangement. Shipping/Postage: We use standard shipping and overnight couriers for shipping from our own couriers and post with tracking so please don't ask if we could use your couriers or post. All parcels should arrive in 1-3 working days not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays, contact us immediately if you didn’t receive the goods within that time frame. Please note that there maybe some delays if there is weather problems or some emergency happens that we cannot prevent as the courier and post are not own by us but we will try our best to ship your products within the time period that we given.
For Overnight Courier in Rural area might take up to 2-3 working days which depends on the courier but nomally our customer should recieve it in the next working day. Also for Saturday Overnight Courier Delivery only apply for Metro Area which not include Rural area. We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases if items are posted together. If you have purchase more than one item you need only pay 1 x shipping - the 2nd or 3rd dress is free but you need to pay for the first dress shipping. Please let us know if you are bidding on more than one auction and the auction must be end within 5 days. We understand the importance of receiving a purchase as quickly as possible after payment is made. Therefore, this is one of our highest priorities. All orders will be shipped within 12 hours after receiving your payment. Payments made via Internet transfer on the weekend, will show in our account Tuesday morning. During public holidays and weekends parcels are sent the next available working/ business day. Deliberate selection of incorrect shipping option (selecting non-rural when based in rural location) in order to avoid freight charges will result in a delay in shipping. Payment Methods: After your purchase has been confirmed through Trade Me, our system will automatically send payment methods including bank details to your email inbox, please check your email once you win a product from us. We accept bank deposit, online banking transfer or Paynow. Please read payment instruction carefully and make sure you put the correct reference number when you make payment. Lack of information will delay your parcel. It takes one working day for payment to show up. One important thing is bank updates transactions from every Tuesday to Friday. If your payment made on Sat or Sun, it will show up on Tuesday instead of Monday, so please arrange your payment time wisely. Australia Shipping: We do ship to Australia upon request, please ask for prices. We also have a PayPal Account to accept payments from Australia.
Pick Up: We are online store so we are unable to arrange pick up at this moment. Sorry for any inconvenient.

However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. There maybe some mistake of the offer price but we will try to make sure evertime that we make offer is correct, if we have offer the wrong price we will email you asap. Thank you very much.
Please note that if our product out of stocks we will contact you asap to let you know whether would you like to cancel the purchase or would like to wait for back order then please let us know so we can contact our supplier or Manufacturer to ship them asap, if the product is available then it might take 2-3 weeks.
Lay-By: All items are available to purchase on Layby provided you pay a deposit of at least 20% and the balance within 3 weeks from the day you win our auction. Please ensure you include your auction number with every lay-by payment.
GST Invoice: We are a GST registered company, and we can provide GST invoice as required. Privacy Act: Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied to Pro-International Trader is considered private and confidential.
Exchange/ Refunds Policy
We take great precaution in providing correct and conservative measurements in our sizing guides, however we also recognize that things can go wrong. Thus, we are happy to exchange sizes or styles. Please note that we cannot accept return of wigs or intimate apparel (including costumes that include underwear) for health reasons unless they are faulty. Pro-International Trader will fulfil all of its obligations under the consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In particular if:
- Item is damaged; or
- Item is defective (excluding a problem being caused by your misuse); or
- Item is incorrectly described in the auction listing;
AND we are unable to replace goods with a similar item then we will offer you a refund. Original freight charges are non-refundable. All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE refund will be issued. If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail stating clearly what the problem is. We will contact you within 24 hrs. with a range of options to fix the problem. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems. We will not refund if:
- You simply 'change your mind'; or
- Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be’; or
- The item has already been used.
- We will not accept return of products with any make-up marks, fake tan marks or other forms of body make-up transferred onto the product. To be on the safe side, we recommend all make-up products be removed from your person before trying items on.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or the cost to return an item to us.
