Trading hours for collection: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note we are not open weekends or public holidays. There are three ways to pay:
Please remember to put the auction number as a reference if making a deposit. Shipping: Delivery is very important to the team at ProductSaver. We take care in packing and shipping your items to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Our couriers have 'track and trace' capabilities so you can see exactly where your parcel is. A dispatch email will be sent to you with all the details when the items are scanned by the courier upon pick-up. We can ship anywhere in New Zealand. All parcels need to be signed for and delivery times will vary. We aim to ship your item within two working days. If you have not received a track and trace email within three working days of winning the auction, please email us and we will provide an order update. Return Policy: Warranty Goods are warranted 12 months from the date of purchase and ProductSaver will at its discretion, repair or replace faulty items. This warranty shall not be valid if, having detected a fault, the user continues to operate the item or dismantles the item. This warranty does not apply to any part of the goods which has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, incorrect operation, accident, or damage caused by flood, fire or acts of nature. ProductSaver’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing a part without charge. ProductSaver’s liability is confined to the buyer only and the buyer’s rights are not assignable. Manufacturer issues can take up to 2 weeks to fix in some cases, please be patient. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of the products for any particular purpose. The warranty is void if there is evidence of previous repair by another repair centre other than ProductSaver approved repairers. |
