GST/TAX invoices
We are GST registered GST and it included in every order we send is a GST invoice, which also doubles as an address label. When you receive your package, there will be a clear slip on the outside with your address on it. This is your invoice. :) Please keep it safe as it contains all our details and is proof of purchase.

Payment
We utilize an automated auction management system – Pay now. After the item has been purchased, you will receive the email instruction on how to proceed through the “the Qualimax Secure Checkout System”. The checkout cart compiles all your information and notifies us of your payment. We would appreciate completion of checkout within 2 business days of the end of your purchase. The following forms of payment are accepted:
  • Internet banking
  • Bank Deposit
  • Pay Now (Credit Card though Trade Me)

Full payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close date. Please ensure the auction number is used as a reference against the deposit. If you do not put the auction reference number against the deposit this will take longer for your items to be dispatched.

Shipping
We generally ship small items on Courierpost and large items (over 25kg) using PBT couriers.
 

1-2 working days of receipt of payment within the North Island.
3-4 working days of receipt of payment within South Island and Rural delivery.

Please ensure that the address is correct before paying; Qualimax will not hold any responsiblity for lost items that are sent to an incorrect address that you provide.

Warranty

Qualimax Ltd offers a 7 days money back guarantee on most of the products we sell. Money back guarantee means that if you're not happy with your items you may return your order for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling within 7 days start from the first day receiving the item.

Note, unsatisfied items need to be returned in their ‘original’ condition (eg with original packaging and accessories) that are perfect for resale.

All of Qualimax’s normal for sale products are warranted, (Clearance $ reserves are exempted from the warranty policies*). Most of our products do have a money back guarantee. There are a few exceptions so make sure you ask if you are not sure, of course even if the product does not have a money back guarantee any warranty will still apply and meet all our obligations under the consumers guarantees act. According to each product’s warranty in place, we promise to repair or replace for you during the warranted period. Post the warranted period, although the repair/replacement may incur some cost to you, Qualimax will do our best to help your optimal user experience.

For telecommunication products (ie. cellphones & tablets):

                •              3 months warranty for refurbished items;

                •              1 year warranty for brand new items;

Please make sure that you:

                •              Inform us within 4 days of receiving the item if your order is:

                                o             faulty or

                                o             damaged during transit;

                •              Return the item back for repair/replace within 1 week of receipt of return tickets

If we believe we have a product that suits your requirements better, we may suggest swapping your item for it. This is your choice however, and you can still choose to have your money back instead.

Qualimax warrants the product(s) to be free of defects in material and workmanship from the purchase date for the period stated. All our warranties are usually replacement or repair of the product. If the item is unable to be repaired or replaced, then another model of similar or better specifications may be substituted. In the unfortunate event repair or replacement is not available, we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and handling are non-refundable).


Cancellation
If you do not wish to complete a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations.
