Welcome to Rocketbikes Tauranga
We stock all types of Bicycles, Service Bicycles and sell accessories. We also stock MGP Scooters and accessories, we service all makes and models of scooters.

Customer Service:
All emails, questions & queries are answered as soon as possible. We endeavour to deal with enquiries within a maximum of 24 hours.

Payment & Methods:
Payment Instructions are automatically sent to winning bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear, especially payments made over the weekend or public holidays.

Internet Banking / Direct Credit: Full Payment Instructions are auto emailed to all winning bidders.
Credit Card via Pay Now: Available via Trade Me for most products.

Layby:
Layby available on all items. We restrict online auctions to a 1 month layby please. 25% deposit required.

Pickups:
Are available during normal shop hours.

Courier Deliveries:
All courier and post packages are sent the same or next working day after payment is received. We currently use Fastway Couriers.
We prefer not to post items as there is no ability to track posted items.
Physical delivery address details are required. NO PO Box addresses please. Rural delivery to south island may take 4-5 working days after payment has cleared. Possibly longer over holiday and peak season.
We dispatch as soon as payment clears.

GST Tax Invoices:
We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

Warranty Policy:
  1. If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we automatically provide a 30 day return to base warranty.
  2. The buyer must report any faults to us by email within 48 hours of identification. Rocketbikes Tauranga reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
  3. The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty product to Rocketbikes Tauranga.
  4. Contact must be made directly with Rocketbikes Tauranga for approval prior to returning.
  5. Rocketbikes Tauranga will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
  6. Rocketbikes Tauranga will cover postage back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  7. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
  8. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
  1. Normal wear & tear.
  2. Misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
  3. Neglect and careless storage.
  4. Unauthorised repairs.
