Payment Options Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end. {If you can’t pay within 7 days please don’t bid}.We reserve the right to re-list and cancel your auction after this period of 7 days has expired. As a Trade Me store we can only accept bank deposits into our account, we cannot accept cash payments. How to keep your trade problem free Please reference the Trade Me Auction Number on your deposit and in all email correspondence. Without this number, we have no way of knowing who has paid for an item and delays will result. We may have several people all with the same deposit amount. Shipping All items are shipped via Parcel Post on receipt and confirmation of payment (not including weekends), shipping rates as stated in auctions include packaging. Returns We do not accept returns but in the unlikely event of receiving goods not as described, Saddlery Warehouse Trade Me Outlet Store will gladly refund auction price (at our discretion). No refunds will be given if you simply ‘change your mind’ or the item was not as you expected it to be, we will always attempt to describe goods as accurately as possible on our auctions and please feel free to ask any questions prior to purchasing goods. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt via Track and Trace courier only. All courier costs are non-refundable.
