Returns Policy

Goods can be returned within 1 week after purchase for a replacement or refund.
If unsure about details of a product, technical questions, etc we encourage you to phone us and ask for advice, then we can ensure the correct item is sent to you, and your satisfaction is then assured.

Refunds only issued if the product is returned to us in its original condition with all packaging and manuals included. Refunds only be processed once we have received the product.

Note. shipping cost will not be refunded.
