Your Purchase

Buyers will receive our automated Trade Me Payment Instructions email following each auction.
Send Your Phone No. (courier requirement), Address & Delivery Instructions via Trade Me (plus any other information) in the ‘Buyer’s Message’ field. We will immediately proceed with preparing your order. It's Faster, Safer & Quicker!

Payment

Payment or layby deposit must be received in full within 5 working days, or the order will be cancelled unless there are very reasonable excuses. Payment options are available on each listing. To pay by credit card, please use the secure ‘Pay Now’ option on TradeMe. Please note that we do not accept cheques.

Orders paid for using this method will be shipped once your cleared payment appears in our account. Payments can take around 24 hours to reach our bank account. Payments should be made to the following bank account:

Delivery: (No Pick-ups)

Your order will be processed & dispatched promptly by our contract logistics partners. Items will normally be delivered during working hours only.
This is a Licensed Customs Facility. Sorry, no public access or pick-up.

Shipping and Support

Our aim is to ship all goods within 24 hrs of receipt of cleared payment.

Following dispatch we will email you confirmation, plus the carrier/courier contact and consignment details.

You can track your delivery online or contact the carrier direct to make special delivery arrangements. (NB. SkyDancer does not make the actual delivery, our contract logistics partners arrange courier companies on your behalf.)

Public Holidays & Weekends

Orders received on a weekend or New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Backup Support

SkyDancer offer full warranty service, spare parts and back-up on all products we sell. If a general listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide a 30 day ‘Return to Base’ (RTB) warranty.

The warranty period is as described on each listing and is against defective parts and/or workmanship. We will repair or replace any item proven to be defective within the stated warranty period.

All goods are dispatched in original packaging and are in new condition (unless otherwise stated on the listing).

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged or lost in transit please firstly contact the carrier/courier directly.
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the respective carrier as follows:

a) Should there be or visible damage to the outer packaging, the buyer must open the carton / outer packaging and inspect the items inside. DO reject the items if they are damaged inside; DO request driver to note the damage on delivery receipt; DO report to us immediately.

b) The buyer must check their item immediately on its arrival and report any damages or faults to SkyDancer by e-mail (with photos if necessary) within 48hrs of having received the item. SkyDancer reserves the right to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.

Liability

Users of SkyDancer Fitness, Leisure and/or Lifestyle Goods should consult their health professionals prior to using any such equipment. Buyers should inspect and read any instructions and take all necessary care and precaution prior to assembly of such equipment.

SkyDancer shall in no event be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage arising from the purchase and use of its products.
