Smart Interiors Ltd. was established in 2002 with goal to provide quality range of bathroom accessories, showers, vanities, heated towel rails, mirrors, hard wares and tile products to the consumer and trade professional. The company has grown rapidly over the past seven years base upon our quality and integrity to customers demand and satisfaction. We now have two warehouse outlets covering both North and South of Auckland city, with our products installed throughout the whole of New Zealand.
One of our big success has been the launch of the Rolma Branded Showers. Rolma is well known for their design, quality and durability at a competitive price. Rolma showers are designed specified for New Zealand homes and is manufactured by joint-ventures overseas. Trade professionals have commented on their will build quality, simplicity of design and easy to install aspect. Rolma showers are modern and cost effective solution for any new or existing home bathroom built for New Zealand specifications
Qualit design vanities and bathroom accessories add great value to any bathroom solution, with our enlarge showrooms displaying our whole range of showers, baths, vanities, mirrors, tap wares, toilets, heated towel rails and much more.
Tiles are a big part of our complete bathroom solution, with our range of ceramic and porcelain tiles to choose from. Polished, textured, wall and floor tiles in various colour to suit every individual taste. We also have a fantastic selection of decorative tile to add interest and flair to your wall and floor, with new container loads coming in every month.

b. Cheque, made up to “Smart Interiors Ltd”, mail to Unit2/212 Burswood Dr, East Tamaki, Auckland.
c. Cash , EFTPOS or Visa on pick up.
When making direct debit payment, please ensure to have your auction number put on as reference number. For the cheque payment, please ensure to put your auction number, your name, address and phone number and give us five days for cheque clearance at the same time your purchases will be held.
We will ship the goods as soon as the payment comes through. We use Fast-way Couriers for smaller goods and Flyways for heavier ones. We have our own truck for Auckland wide delivery, charges will be advised when we know the total weight and items. Pick up is preferred for fragile goods. We undertake the risk during delivery for you. Please check carefully when you receive your biddings before signing any delivery documents.
We endeavor to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving funds. All our deliveries outside of Auckland are track and trace by going to www.flyway.com to check. If you have not received your goods in a reasonable amount of time please notify us and we will be able to do a trace for you.
If buyer organizes transport ensure auction numbers and the payment details included for pick up, or goods will not be released.

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is, please include the following information: Invoice Number, Item Description, Date of Purchase, Price Paid and a daytime phone number. Smart Interiors Ltd will contact you straight away with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines.
All returns are subject to repair, replacement, credit or refund (within 7 days) and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted for all refund paid.
All goods must be returned in resalable condition in original package.
Please refer to the description of each specific product for different length of warranty periods. An invoice is to be presented for all warranty claims.
The bidder must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. We cannot pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installation.

All items are bubble or poly wrapped then put in cardboard cartons for freighting. Vitreous china and other fragile goods (except hard flooring) are packed with extra wrapping before freighting. There is an extra charge for wrapping vitreous china or other fragile items. For vitreous china or fragile items, carriers will only carry at owner’s risk.
