Purchase Policy

You sure make contact with us within 3 days of winning an auction. Payment must be made within 7 working days.

Delivery Policy:

We used Courierpost overnight service for small item, The Heavy item by Streamline Freight 2-3 working days from once payment has been Received .Do Please do not sign for any damaged parcels. All parcels' are track and trace and must be signed for unless otherwise stated by you.

Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order and send the goods. Couriers are generally overnight, but we cannot be liable for courier delays. If an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possibly.

We will email the tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Warranty Policy

Product warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse. Refer to relevant description for more details about warranty.

All of our products will be covered by up to 1 Years or more, Factory & replacement warranty, or minimum of 90 Days Warranty. No warranty will be for Motorbike parts.

Refund/ Return Policy:

We will replace or refund if:
  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective, but excludes a problem being caused by your misuse
  • Item is incorrectly described in the condition or features
  • If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of a credit or a refund
  • Refunds will not be offered if are buyer unreasonable Request
  • All goods returned are has been used Item subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. No refund for second hand and used products on sale
Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'. Original postage charges are non-refundable. All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a refund will be issued .
