Returns Policy We stand by our products, so should you discover any product to be faulty within 14 days of purchasing it, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund. After 14 days, we will uphold the standard manufacturer's warranty, so if you encounter a manufacturer's fault within the warranty period you can contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. For a refund to be issued the product must be returned to us in its original condition with all packaging and manuals included. The refund will only be processed once we have received the product. NB. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Shipping Shipping is at the buyer's expense, although we can arrange it for you. We prefer to send all our stock with a courier - track and trace - via NZ Post Couriers. Payment Payment must be made within 10 working days. We accept: Direct deposit using the stated bank details above. Cash/Visa, if collecting - if paying by cash the exact amount is appreciated as we carry minimal cash. Cheque - however we are unable to dispatch the goods until payment has cleared. Please ensure the auction number is used as a reference against the deposit otherwise we may be unable to dispatch your goods. Feedback We will place feedback on every completed purchase as we feel that feedback is very important. We encourage all traders to do the same.
