We specialize in the sale of new and refurbished brand electronics at the best possible price. Some of them are liquidation, closeout or overstock merchandise that we are able to buy at excellent discounts from our overseas suppliers and pass on the savings to our customers.

Store Policies


Payment:
Internet Banking / Direct Credit: Full payment Instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders via email within a few minutes after the auction closes and we request that payment be made within 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed.

Credit Card via Trade Me Pay Now: Available for purchases under the value of $3000.

Pickup:
Cash or EFTPOS is available.
Collections can be made during our open hours stated above.

Deliveries:
All purchases are dispatched the same day or on the next working day once payment has been sighted. The Track and Trace number will be provided via automated email on the evening of the day it is dispatched. Most of the items would be delivered overnight except in such a peak season as Christmas, and it might take longer for rural delivery. If delay happens to your parcel, please contact your local courier with the tracking number we provide.

All items will be automatically insured against damage in transit and signature on delivery is required. We strongly encourage our customers to check the package and the product(s) against any damages in transit on delivery before your signing to accept the delivery of the item(s). Report of such damages must be made via email within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made beyond 48 hours.

Warranty:
We provide a standard 30 day Return to Base Warranty for defects or malfunction for all listings that do not include any warranty information. We strongly advise you that you read each listing carefully as the warranty terms on each item may vary.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to check and report any damage or DOA (Death on Arrival) condition problem via email within 48 hours upon receiving the item. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested as proof of damage. In case of damage in transit, the original package such as the courier satchel/ticket, the boxes and/or cartons must be returned together with the product(s) for investigation in order to make claims.
  • Warranty is not transferable beyond the original buyer.
  • Trademe auction numbers or invoices may be required as proof of purchase.

Exchange/Replacement/Refund:
    In case of return for exchange or replacement, the buyer is responsible for sending back the faulty product to us at the buyer's cost of postage, and communication must be made with us for approval prior to returning. Returns must be made within 7 days with all the accessories in the original packing materials, cartons and boxes. Refunds will be offered only when a replacement or repair is not applicable. Courier/freight charge is non-refundable in any case.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return cost of faulty/damaged items under warranty.
  • Our company is generally responsible for sending the replacement to the buyer. However if the returned item is tested and found not faulty, the item will be sent back at the buyer's cost.
  • If a refund is provided, a 10% restock fee may be required. Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: the item has been used, or the buyer simply changes his mind, or the item is not what you expected. We strongly suggest you make your bidding/purchasing carefully.

Feedback
We will place feedback on all completed auctions after your packages dispatched. If you have ANY issue with your purchase at all, we are happy to provide a remedy. Please contact us first before placing neutral or negative feedback that does not help resolve an issue or fix anything whereas an email communication will.
