Buying a major appliance is a big deal. We charge these machines with taking care of our food, clothes and dishware. Whether you are purchasing for the first time or replacing an existing appliance, you want to know if the equipment is dependable, has been checked, tested and of course, what is covered if things don’t go right. The Appliance Store is based in Birkenhead and is locally owned and operated. We deliver Auckland wide (often FREE with BuyNow purchase) and if you are outside the area we can courier the appliance to you*. We can also arrange to collect your old appliance when we install your new one (see Your Old Appliance). Our focus is to provide you with the right advice, information and experience when selecting your appliance, from selecting the right size or model to answering questions about general maintenance and care for your appliance. Payment Bank transfer: Account 12-3035-0797770-00 Credit card via pay now on Trade Me or eftpos/credit card payment in store Laybuy ($150 deposit and $50 per week minimum) Warranty The Appliance Store warranty covers the working condition for all appliances unless problems or damaged is caused by the customer due to improper use, misuse or any damaged caused by the customer transporting the appliance. *Power surges and flooding not covered under warranty. Refunds are only given in the first 30 days of purchase (if faulty). 30 days after purchase, if an appliance is unable to be repaired, a replacement will be made of the same or newer model. |
