Payment: Within 3 days. Method: Visa, MasterCard, eftpos, cash, bank transfer, Pay Now. Guarantee: We will replace faulty products returned within 30days (or within the terms of the individual products warrant), or refund money when there is no more stock available. Operating Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, purchases made outside of business hours will be processed the next working day. PICKING UP: Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday Auction number/s and proof of payment is required for release of goods. SHIPPING: We are happy to organise combined shipping on your behalf. Please note that combined shipping may incur extra charges. Purchases will be sent out once payment is confirmed in our account. EMAILS: At the end of each auction you will receive an automated email via trademe with payment and pick up details, or you can email us your full delivery address/ contact phone numbers.
