We specialise in bathroomware, flooring, storage, furniture, homewares and leisure goods all at outstanding factory direct prices. We pride ourselves on high quality products, honesty and excellent service. We have over 20 years of experience.

We are Kiwi owned and operated and located in Takanini.

Hours of operation:
Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm
Saturdays 10.00am - 3.00pm
Closed Sundays and Public Holidays

Customer Service:
Our Trade Me page is managed Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm. We will endeavor to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. If an auction is won after 4.30pm contact will be made the following working day.

Standards and Quality:
We import and sell high quality items. If you purchase an item from us and it is not to the standard described we will ensure this is put right. We only sell quality and our feedback shows this. We ensure every item we list is as detailed as possible.

GST Tax Invoices:
We are a GST Registered Company and a GST Invoice will be provided with every sale.

Collection and Payment:
  • We accept cash, credit card or eftpos on collection.
  • We don’t operate accounts.
  • As per our hours of operation, collections can only be made Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5pm and Saturdays 10.00am – 3pm.
Payment Methods:
Payment instructions will be sent to the winning bidder as soon as possible after an auction has closed. If you win an auction over a weekend or public holiday, payment instructions will be forwarded on the next working day. Please ensure you quote your auction number when making payment to enable quicker handling of your item/s. Our bank statement is checked once a day.

  • Payment can be made via Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card, Pay Now and Bank Deposit.
If you do not receive an email from us with payment instructions please check your junk mail.

Freight:
Smaller items are sent via courier and all larges items are sent via freight forwarder. All goods are sent once the funds are showing and cleared in our account. Standard delivery turnaround is 2-3 working days but delays can happen. For rural and outer island deliveries please allow 3-5 working days. Freight charges are on account of the consignee.

Warranty Policy:
  1. All baths, vanities, toilets and taps come with a 12 month warranty.
  2. All appliances come with a 3 year warranty.
  3. All whiteware comes with a 12 month warranty.
  4. All other items come with a standard 30 day warranty.
  5. The buyer must check all items within 48 hours of receiving these and report any damages or faults to the seller via email.
  6. Any freight for returned items must be paid for by the buyer. If a product is deemed to be faulty Trade Depot will refund the return freight costs after the product has been inspected.
  7. Trade Depot will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be available where a replacement is not available.
  8. It is at the buyers cost and expense to return any product to Trade Depot.
  9. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original purchaser.
  10. An Invoice will be required as proof of purchase.
  11. Warranty is only valid in New Zealand.
  12. Trade Depot adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me’s standard trading terms and conditions.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Misuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
  3. Neglect or deliberate damage.
  4. Any unauthorised Repairs.
Return Policy:
A standard 30 day right of return is offered on all goods purchased. Freight will be at the cost of the purchaser for items returned.

Feedback:
We encourage feedback on your trade but do ask if there is an issue with your purchase, you contact us first and give us an opportunity to correct any issue rather than placing negative feedback initially.
