Payment Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end. Lay-by over 14-28 days is available on items over $1,000.00 at our discretion. Please ask before bidding. If there is no reference it will slow down the transaction. When paying by cheque, your purchase/s will be held until your cheque clears. (5-7 days!) EFTPOS: Available for goods being picked up from our Auckland showroom. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bankcard. Cash payments are also welcome. Shipping We send all small parcels via courier and larger goods via general road freight. Fragile large items will be sent by a fragile specialist freight company. We endeavor to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving funds. All our deliveries are track and trace and a tracking number will be automatically forwarded to your email once the item has been picked up. If buyer organizes transport please ensure auction numbers are included for pick up and if being picked up by a courier company please advise us of the courier company and a delivery address to attach to the parcel. Packaging All items are bubble or poly wrapped then put in cardboard cartons for freighting. Vitreous china and other fragile goods (except hard flooring) are packed with extra wrapping before freighting. There is an extra charge for wrapping vitreous china or other fragile items. For vitreous china or fragile items, carriers will only carry at owner’s risk. To overcome this, our own insurers will insure your items for you. We will quote you an insurance charge for this when we quote freight and packaging. Refund Policy We will replace or exchange if:
If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is, please include the following information: Invoice Number, Item Description, Date of Purchase, Price Paid and a daytime phone number. Trenz Group will contact you within 2 working days with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. Warranty The purchaser must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase. Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. We cannot pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installation. Please contact our staff for details of our warranty policy. Privacy Under no circumstances will we disclose private details to a third party. All information provided to Trenz Group is considered private and confidential.
