PAYMENT Contact is to be made within 48 hours of purchase. Payment is to be made within 3 days. Bank Deposit Vesta Electrical BNZ Bank 02-0112-0115208-000 (Auction number as reference) Cash / EFTPOS On collection of goods. SHIPPING Goods will be sent once payment is received, guides of the shipping fees are detailed on each auction. But, it you are unsure or have any queries, please contact us and we will confirm. Goods will be dispatched immediately after receiving payment. Standard delivery is 2-3 working days. If you have any urgent requirements please advise at the time of purchase. WARRANTY Vesta Electrical suppliers give a 5 year warranty for all HEM products . Will replace (at our discretion) any item found to be a manufactures defect .Faulty items must be returned by courier in suitable packaging, at the customer’s expense. A replacement will be sent out as soon as possible after we receive the faulty item. If damaged or defective items are received, please contact us as soon as possible by email to discuss the problem and arrange for a solution. |
