Trading Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Customer Service:
All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Due to the volume of emails our reply may take up to 24 hours. In the event that you have not received a response within this time-frame then please check your junk or spam email folders.

Courier Deliveries
All courier deliveries are generally sent the same or next working day once payment has been sighted and not prior, however delays can occur during courier peak times (e.g. Christmas) or for any unforeseen events (weather/road closures).
Deliveries are dispatched via courier and require a signature on arrival. If no-one will be present to sign for the delivery (usually between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday) then please have the goods addressed to your place of work, otherwise you will be expected to chase up the courier (card to call). Track & Trace numbers will be supplied via automated emails. Courier fees include quality packaging & are combinable where possible on application.

Payment Instructions:
Payment instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders shortly after the auction closes. We ask that payment is made in full within 7 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to assist us in easily allocating payments and avoid confusion / delays. It may take up-to a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end if you don’t deposit via ANZ.

Tax/GST Invoices:
Wavetech is a GST registered company and invoices are provided on all sales.

Feedback:
Please view our feedback. It gives good assurance of our customers' opinions of our standard of service. We will place feedback on all completed auctions. If you are satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate you doing the same.
Please email or call us to resolve any dispute prior to posting a negative or neutral feedback. Negative feedback does not help resolve an issue whereas a phone call or email will.

Please remember that Wavetech does not make the actual delivery!


Store Policies


Privacy Act:
Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied to Wavetech is considered private and confidential.

Warranty Conditions:
  1. If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then Wavetech automatically provide a 30day Return to Base Warranty. Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period.
  2. The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 72hrs of receiving the item. Wavetech reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
  3. Contact must be made directly with Wavetech for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.
  4. Wavetech will replace or repair faulty items where possible. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be considered if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected'. Please choose your purchase carefully.
  5. The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty items to Wavetech. We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. In return Wavetech is liable for sending the repaired or a replacement item back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  6. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
  7. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
  8. Wavetech adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions.
  9. Warranty does not cover:
    1. Bonus accessory items such as batteries and storage bags & cases.
    2. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of an item for which it was not designed.
    3. Neglect and careless storage.
    4. Unauthorised repairs.
