About the Store

We are a well established family owned business with 20 years experience in manufacturing of timber joinery. We provide a friendly and informative service for all your timber joinery requirements.

We have a fully skilled production team, including some very highly skilled tradesmen, who are dedicated to producing work of the highest caliber.

Our advise and experience is absolutely free and friendly. We always take the time to listen to our customers. We look forward to helping you with your next joinery project.


Store Policies

It is Westpine Joinery’s company policy to reply to ALL emails, questions and inquiries as soon as possible, or the following working day. Alternatively, please pick up the phone and talk to us directly – 09 827-6488.

Purchasing Policy:
All goods purchased through Trade Me must be paid for in full and transportation arrangements made within 3 working days of auction closing, unless otherwise arranged. Failing this, auctions will be re-listed.

Please read through our terms and conditions prior to purchasing or placing a bid as all sales are final and non-refundable.

Warranty Policy:
All joinery is guaranteed to be manufactured from quality materials and workmanship, and free from defects that would render them unsuitable for the purpose for which they were manufactured for.

Failure to observe any of the above conditions and requirements will render this warranty void.

This warranty applies to the manufactured product alone and does not extend to cover any consequential loss as re-painting, re-hanging or re-glazing. The maximum claim allowable will therefore be, A freight paid “Joinery Unit” of identical form as the first product that was dispatched from our establishment.

Warranty is in conjunction with Disclaimers that are attached to every joinery item dispatched.

Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage from freight.
- Normal wear & tear.
- Damage from using goods for a purpose for which they were not designed.

Refund Policy:
All care is taken to describe the joinery as accurately as possible. Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'. Ie. Buyer needs to be sure of what they are purchasing.

Shipping:
Most of our customers pick up the goods themselves as they can inspect and make payment at the same time. You may wish to use our local independent carrier to freight goods in the Auckland Area, we can provide you with a quote for that or we can give advice on who to use once you have purchased your goods.
For out of Auckland deliveries we recommend Mana Transport – 09- 296 7280 clients deal direct with them to organize deliveries and make payment.

Westpine Joinery is not responsible for length of transit time or damage to goods received during freight.

Privacy:
Your details will not be passed onto any 3rd party and we take all reasonable steps to keep your details private and confidential. As part of our customer loyalty program, we may retain your e-mail address to follow up on customer satisfaction or on how we can make your experience with us more enjoyable.

Feedback:
We recommend that Buyers leave feedback after their items are received and checked. Please contact us FIRST to discuss any issues BEFORE placing negative feedback. Negative feedback will not solve any problems.
