Store Policies

Payment
  • All payments, except Lay-by, must be made in full within 5 ~ 7 days of the auction closing.
  • When making a deposit please use the auction number or your Trade Me username as a reference, if you are unable to do so - let us know so we can identify your deposit quickly.

  • Company or personal cheque by post will be held for 7 days to ensure your Chq clears. Please include your name, auction number, phone and address on the back of your Cheque.

Lay-by
Yes, you are welcome to lay-by. A 30% non refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 8 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 30% deposit is not refundable.

Packing & Delivery
- All products take 5 - 7 working days after customer confirmed.

Auckland Area
We deliver all items to Auckland or around Auckland in person.

Outside Auckland Area
Door to door furniture delivery is available for North Island by ACE Furniture Freight Company.

Please ask for a quote or refer to specification in each auction.
All items are well packed as safe as possible with bubble and hard board to ensure they arrive in new condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit we will do our best to locate it, and if required place a claim. We do not offer refunds until the delivery company have completed their investigation and a claim has been paid out. WOODPIA will maintain correspondence with you during this time, keeping you fully informed of all progress.

Return or Refund Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if your:

-Item is damaged or Item is defective
-You notify us within 7 days
-If your item is unable to be replaced we will offer you a refund. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

We will not refund if:
You simply 'change your mind'. Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'. Please ask all questions before bidding.

Tax Invoice
Tax Invoices for GST and Income tax are available on request for all purchases.
