Payments
Payments on pickup:
We accept cash, eftpos, visa/mastercard with 3% surcharge, business cheque with photo id present (goods can be picked up after the cheque is clear).

Paynow:
All customers are wellcome to use paynow, it's the best way to puchase our systems under 1k and without surcharges.

Lay-by:
All customers are welcome to lay-by. A 20% non refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 6 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 20% deposit is not refundable.

Warranty
We offer 1 year return to base warranty on all our brand new computer systems and computer parts. Certain products might very above terms, we will specify in the auction.

If there is any hardware fault, please contact us for RMA procedure. All monitors and laptops please contact manufacture local service centre for RMA. Any software issue ie operating system crash, viruses and any physical damage is not covered by warranty.

Stock
We only list current stock we have on hand or on the shop floor. Although this has not happened yet, please note there is a minor chance something you purchase may have just run out of stock and may have a lead time, varying from one to three weeks.

GST
If you require a GST receipt please let us know. Receipts are not sent unless requested.

Damages or Loss in Transit
If any goods has been damaged or lost in transit please advised us immediately.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days, and 30% restocking charge will be applied.

We encourage feedback on your trade but do ask that if there is an issue with your purchase please contact us first rather than respond initially with bad feedback.
