Welcome to Julies Pharmacy. We are one of Trade Me’s biggest and most reliable supplier of Health and Mobility products. Please check our feedbacks from many of our satisfied buyers ! We do our very best to ensure your satisfaction!

Our main aim is to bring you the best quality health/mobility products at the best prices. All our products come from reliable sources and most of them come with manufacturer’s warranty. Please do compare my prices with your local retail store! You won’t want to shop anywhere else but here!

We hold most of the products listed in my stores on hand. Products are dispatched as soon as the payments clear to ensure fast deliveries. We dispatch pretty much everyday from Monday to Friday.

We carry a large range of MOBILITY GEARS but only list the most popular ones on this website. If you have any special requests, please ask me a question in one of my auctions and I’ll endeavor to list the product.

Hours of business:
Monday – Friday: 8.30 am – 7.00 pm
Saturday: 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
We are closed on Sundays and all public holidays.
Pick up can be at any time during our opening hours by prior arrangements only (to avoid confusions).

Store Policies

Payment:

Full payment must be made for all items unless otherwise agreed in writing, within 7 days of auction close. I reserve the right to cancel the trade and re-list the item if it remains unpaid after this time.

Payment options are:

  • Credit card payment via PayNow (recommended, ensures the fastest delivery
  • Internet banking (auction reference number must be included)
  • Bank deposit (auction reference number must be included)
  • Cash/EFTPOS on pick-up
Receipts are available on request and will be made out for the amount paid, not the retail valuation or estimate.

Julies Pharmacy is a GST registered company and taxpayer.

Feedback Policy

  • I attempt to ensure appropriate feedback is given to all buyers.
  • Please provide feedback for me on Trade Me. I would appreciate it if you comment on how the trade went, whether I did as I promised and whether the product was as described. I feel that comments relating to the courier service should be discussed with me offline. Also, if the product is different than you 'expected' or 'imagined' it would be despite the photos and descriptions. I will be happy to discuss exchange options in such an instance.
  • If you feel there is a problem with your item, please consider contacting me first before placing negative or neutral feedback. I consider it a normal courtesy.
  • If you place negative feedback without allowing me the chance to resolve the problem I reserve the right to place negative feedback in response

Warranty Policy:

Warranty is a core feature of most of my products. I will honour all warranty claims on products sold by me directly with you when the product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. There is no need for you to send the item to anyone other than JULIE’S PHARMACY LIMITED for warranty service. I am also happy to help with servicing outside of the warranty period, but this will be at normal service rates.

  • The product listing will indicate the length of the warranty
  • I will not accept warranty claims on products not sold by me.
  • If the product is faulty within 7 days of receipt I will have the product repaired/replaced (depending on the manufacturer’s policies). Claims later than 7 days after purchase will be handled under the normal warranty terms.
  • The safety and security of any product returned to me for a warranty claim is your responsibility, so I recommend signature required courier services as well as sufficient packaging and protection.

Shipping:

  • I use Post Haste Courier/NZ post for all deliveries in New Zealand. I will not use courier services of your choosing.
  • Saturday delivery is available by negotiation at extra cost .
  • Julies Pharmacy Limited underwrites insurance on all outbound shipping carried by POST HASTE.
  • We do not ship to PO BOX addresses .
  • All delivery schedules are controlled by the carrier, not by Julies Pharmacy; however, I guarantee delivery within 7 working days of receiving your cleared payment. You may at your option return the item for a refund if I fail to meet this guarantee.
  • Combined shipping can be organized if more than one product are bought.
  • I package all items very carefully, in bubble-wrap or foam where appropriate.
