Figure is quite discoloured (possibly can't tell from pictures but when comparing to other ones the blue plastic is a lot more faded/grubby looking). The paint wear itself is ok though. No gun with this one, he'll have to use his fists!

Released in 1982. This is the original straight-arm version.
