She was Walt Disney's most popular cast member of the original Mickey Mouse Club, and went on to appear in a series of beach party films . . . Her autobiography, published in 1994, is A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes: My Story. The title is taken from a song from the Disney movie Cinderella. A made-for-TV movie based on the book, A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes: The Annette Funicello Story, was made in 1995.
