1:12 Scale Dolls house
A beautiful Dolls house that needs some tender loving care. I have had many years of enjoyment from this but as I have more than one have decided these two need a new home.
This auction is for the two houses as pictured , I used to call the small house the maids quarters.
I have taken photos of some of the rooms inside to give you an idea of what can be done with decorating.But auction is for the 2 HOUSES ONLY .
NONE of the furniture or curtains , pictures etc are included.
I think the fun of the hobby is to decorate and furnish yourself.
I will be selling some of the furniture from different houses in the near future
Most of the windows are the opening ones , same with doors etc.
The ends have only been clad DIY style so maybe new owner would like to finish that. There are suppliers in NZ for all that you require. Also a lot available online.
Measurements are
Width 840mm
Height 830mm
Depth including Veranda 530mm
The deck railing is all there but needs some gluing and putting back on. Have taken a photo of my other house to show what it should look like.
