Pauline is a large 70cm tall doll made by the well-known German doll designer Annette Himstedt. This doll is from the 2004 collection and has mouth-blown glass eyes, a human hair wig (the hair is in reality a bit redder than in the picture) and a hand painted face. The joints are quite unique and can be moved in any direction.
All clothes are hand made and of high quality and her little boots are made of leather and fur trimmed.She can stand on her own.
Pauline has the maker's monogram on the back of her head and her name or initials are on each limb.
This doll comes with her Certificate of Authenticity(no.12/713), her original box and her shipper.
She was purchased overseas for over 700 Euro and I have put a very reasonable reserve price on her.
Annette Himstedt no longer makes dolls and Pauline is difficult to obtain.
