Details: How many times have you heard someone complain about the difficulty in mixing the colors just right? We've all experienced the blush being too red and the baby's lips look like she's wearing lip stick! Color mixing can be very frustrating not to mention time consuming. Use flat ended toothpicks as your best tool for taking paint from the jars. This can save you a lot of money in wasted paint and make your premixed paints last a long time.

About Our "Small" Jars: Our "Small" jars are stamped 1/8 ounce on the bottom. And indeed, they are 1/8 ounce if you only fill them to the beginning of the very first fill line of the neck. But if you fill them to almost the top, they are 1/4 ounce, and if you fill them to the very brim, they are very slightly over 1/4 ounce.

We typically fill them to where they are about 1/5 ounce, which is slightly less than half of what our 1/2 ounce jars contain. You can see that in the picture comparison above. So, how big should we call the jars? We skirted the problem completely, simply by calling the jars "Small". 1/2oz jars shown to left of pic for comparison-set you get on rt.
