Approximately 2 inches in diameter.

This neck flange was designed for use with Blinkin and Nod BB kits (for those of you who wish to use the cloth body #4661 rather than the vinyl torso that comes with Blinkin and Nod). You can use this neck flange with similar dolls as well, including the 16" Berenguers.

The flanges are dual-sided, so that either end can be inserted into the doll head. This allows for use with a wide variety of doll heads.

For the Berenguer Moments and Carry Me dolls, these flanges work best when inserted as shown. The cloth body of the doll secures around the smallest area of the flange.

If you have a doll head a with thicker internal neck (such as the Berenguer La Newborn Nursery), you can reverse the flange.

I have attached another pic ( copy paste the link just below this paragraph to see this pic) of two flanges, side-by-side, so that you can see the internal area of the flange, as seen from both ends. The hole in the center of the flange also allows this flange to be used with dolls that require a tie to be threaded into the flange to secure it (such as some of the Ashton Drake dolls).
