Lego set 40220 comprises 118 pieces and allows you to build a classic London Routemaster double decker bus.

The design includes a nod to the Lego Modular range with one advertising banner on the side of the bus promoting the movie "The Brick Separator", which was one of the movies playing at the Palace Cinema in set 10232. The other advertising banner shows a picture of Big Ben as depicted in Lego Architecture set 21013.

If you intend to get the new Lego Creator Expert set 10258 which allows you to build a larger scale model of the Routemaster, then this would make a welcome addition to your collection so that you can display the mini version next to that model.

The box is in excellent condition but does have one small compression crease which might not make it suitable for an investor/box collector.

Lego indicate a recommended building age of 7+.
